THE EXPLORATION OF APPLYING OF SPATIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN GENERAL PLAN FOR REGIONAL CULTURAL HERITAGE CONSERVATION

Abstract. With the rapid urbanization and sharp increasing of amount official identification cultural heritages, Chinese government public are paying more attention to regional comprehensive preservation, exhibition utilization heritages in recent years. “General Plan for Regional Cultural Heritage Preservation” offers a new systematic conservating solution cluster an administrative region. For past few years, lots spatial information technologies have been applied preservation which tremendously improved level effectiveness heritage recording, management, monitoring exhibition. This article will focus on discussing methods applying prospect geographic system, 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry modeling general planning utilization.In with continuous development China, number provinces cities began organize General Plans (hereinafter called "General Plan"), through local governments able control risk improve (IAH, 2004).This paper introduce working framework core problems be solved, then analyze application mode technology Plan.
